This year’s 68-team version of the NCAA Division I men’s basketball tournament has a few new members, a few that have not visited in the past decade, and a lot of the same faces. In fact, of the 68 teams, exactly half (34) played in the tourney last year.

Here’s a quick look at the 34 teams that did not play in the 2011 tournament and when they last appeared in the event.
